Fees And Payment Options

Commission:

Freelancers and job seekers are required to pay a 10% commission once they have secured a job or sold their services and the transaction is completed. This commission will be deducted after the freelancer has received their payment.

Service Fee :

Following the successful purchase of a service, product, or hiring of a freelance job seeker, the buyer/employer will incur a 5% service fee. This fee is added to the buyer's total at checkout.

Payment Options :

Deposit :

At WorkAndHire, you have the flexibility to either pay for your purchases immediately or deposit funds to make purchases later. Depositing funds using PayPal or Stripe is instant, although in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to process. Please be aware that you can only make purchases when you have sufficient funds available in your WorkAndHire balance.

Note:

The sender bears the responsibility for the transaction fee. At WorkAndHire, we only adjust the amount after deducting the payment provider's transaction fee.

Withdrawal Options:

You have the flexibility to withdraw your balance at any time using the following payment methods:
