What is a Health History?

This is an initial session before you jump into any coaching program. We are all different and we have different needs. To create the perfect meal plan and lifestyle recommendations a coach needs to know your personal, health, and professional goals, your current health state, past habits, and diets.

When is recommended to reach out to a Health Coach?

How does it work?

After purchasing this Gig you will receive a form you need to fill out and send it back to me. After analyzing your answers I'll recommend you meal plans, lifestyle changes, and wellness tips. If you want to continue to create a vegan diet plan with me I will help you to choose one.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I ask my therapy clients to bring their floor plans into their sessions. I review those plans and make suggestions, I incorporate Feng Shui into my coaching process.
